Oh they are so nice looking Nikki!!

We could stand to have a new dishwasher, but with Dylan old enough to dish duty it's not high on our list of priorities, lol.

i looked at front loaders.  i ended up going with a maytag he top loader, instead.  it had more cubic feet and better features than the front loaders in our price range, and with the small space we have to put it in, i'm not sure the door on a front loader would have worked.  i LOVE my new washer, though!  it is FANTASTIC!

I saw a top loader the other day that I liked it didn't have the full agitator, which was appealing.

But really our washer works fine it's the dryer that's on it's last leg.

this is the first time we've bought a new washer/dryer.  we've been through like three sets of second hand, cheap washers/dryers.  hopefully, this will be the last set we have to buy for a looong time.

this is the washer i went with.  i like the auto fill and the tap cold settings.

We got one! Well, I guess we sort of have a double oven, too. We have a REALLY old (like 1940s) Wedgewood stove that has 4 burners, a griddle, a broiler, an over, a warming drawer and a warming compartment.

We love our drawer dishwasher! We got it on closeout because the problem we've always had with dishwashers is the rails breaking. So this way there aren't any rails to break! It's awesome because I usually have one clean and one dirty that I'm loading so it never gets too bad. And it doesn't seem like such a pain to unload!

LOL! Watch out - you should only gain around 30 pounds for the baby, you know!

Grandparents were good. Ainsley was absolutely hilarious - on very good behavior and quite adorable. She was totally hamming it up. We went to Outback Steakhouse - I haven't been there in like 10 years - and had a good (but long) dinner. How was your day?

ha! i never gained less than 35 for either of my babies. Tongue     seriously, though, it's no wonder i look pregnant, the way i eat. i'm just having a hard time getting used to this new metabolism!

glad you had a good time with the grandparents. i'll bet ainsley had them wrapped around her finger.

my day was good. church this morning, then my BIL and his GF stopped by on their way through town-- they were headed home so he could introduce her to the parents. must be getting serious!  then we took a little nap and billy left to study, but was home again within a couple hours because he's sick.

I'd already gained 35 pounds by the time Ainsley was born - and she was 5 weeks early! I need to be more careful with my eating. I don't mind if I gain a few pounds, but I want to be able to choose where they go!

Wow - meeting the parents! That was always fun. I wish I'd gotten to take a nap! We slept in the trailer last night because the cat decided to puke all over our bed in the house - it was so bad, I had to wash the duvet cover, down comforter, all the sheets AND the mattress pad (which luckily has a waterproof lining). YUCK! The trailer is comfy, but DH fell asleep on the couch and didn't come out to sleep until around 5 a.m. I never sleep well when he does that (and he doesn't understand why).

ew, sorry about the cat puke! blech!  and about the crappy sleep, too. i don't sleep well when DH isn't there, either. i wonder if it drives him crazy when i stay up late to knit? probably not.

i gained as much weight my freshman year of college as i do when i'm pregnant.

hmmm... choosing where the weight goes would be nice! i think i've been pretty fortunate so far, though. i think i gain my pg weight pretty proportionally. i just hate it when my face gets fat.    which is funny, because then i hate it when i lose all the weight and think my face gets too skinny. i must be hard to please.

i'm heading there soon, too. just gotta finish these last 4 rows of my niece's adorable little cable mittens.    i actually used a patter for them-- i'm kinda proud of myself.   (but i won't be using one again-- patterns are really *not* my thing). Tongue
