What a great experience!! I had an issue with a diaper (snaps and leg elastics ... probably a bad apple in a bunch of good dipes) Talked to Kathleen online and our exchanges were very professional. She offered to send me a replacement for free!! I bought 2 more of the same diaper and they are awesome! Thank you so much Cottontail Baby!!

I first purchased from their store that was located in Clearwater, FL. They graciously allowed me to wander their store for hours while I made my decisions! They even provided helpful tips to me via email when I had questions after my purchase about caring for my diapers. I just noticed they have moved to another state -- those of us in the Tampa Bay area will miss you! I just placed an order via their website -- and my order is shipping out TODAY! I am very pleased with their selection and will order from them again!

Amy at Cottontail Baby is great! She allowed me to bring my baby in to get a good fitting before I spent the money on diapers. That was over a year ago, and I'm still going to her for all my cloth diaper and swim diaper needs! I highly recommend her!
