The customer service at Snap EZ has been wonderful! Ruth patiently answered all of my emails and when I measured wrong she helped me fix my order. I have already re-ordered more trainers!

We have used Snap EZ diapers size Medium, Medium long and a few larges, and have been very happy with the customer service and the quality and fit of their diapers. Ruth and staff are helpful and prompt in answering questions and helping choose proper sizes and materials. The Snap EZ diapers have held up well through our first child and we plan on using them with our second.
We plan to use their trainer pants as well (as soon as we get to potty training :) ).

Snap-EZ is a local company for me so I was happy to give them my business when I needed some new wet bags. I decided not to choose to pick them up and save the shipping charge though because I have two little ones and one of them was sick at the time. A day or two after I had ordered I got a call from one of the employees who offered to drop them off at my house! It ended up that she drove by my house to go to work. I was in the hospital with my five month old at the time and that extra bit of service was a bright part of my day when I needed it! Thanks!

I LOVE the diapers and the company. Ruth and Kendra needed to contact me about my order and gave me options on how do manage an item that was out of stock. And when I changed my mind and decided to have them send me any color of the eco pocket diaper instead of refunding me they were great about it. Quick response time, great communication...I can't say enough good about the company and their service! I'd definitely recommend Snap-Ez to anyone looking for a great diaper!

I ordered the nap-ez trainers and the cotton trainers. The nap-ez trainers started repelling after a few weeks. I tried several treatments to strip the fleece, but the fleece remained repellent. Ruth generously offered to send me new trainers, but I asked for 85% store credit for the trainers and inserts (per the store’s refund for lightly used items, which the trainers were not after all the treatments plus being useless due to repelling!) and Ruth was nice enough to do this. The fleece repelling, by the way, is NOT a snap-ez defect. Another fleece pocket diaper and some fleece pocket trainers that we used also became repellent and remained so despite the above treatments. My guess is that our Triple Paste diaper cream ruined the fleece, since I never used fabric softeners, etc. The trainer never had direct contact with the diaper cream (my 4 y/o daughter, thankfully, is well beyond the need for diaper cream!), but I did wash the trainers with our baby’s diapers that had diaper cream on them. I think my experience with fleece repelling is uncommon, but recommend that if you use fleece pockets of any kind, you never use diaper cream (or wash them with diapers that have diaper cream on them). The cotton trainers have worked great. I use them on my 4 y/o at night with a folded up flat diaper in the cotton trainer. I then put a pull up diaper cover over (the Bummis nylon or her Bear Bottoms fleece cover). Occasionally we have leaks, but not often. The system works pretty well, given that the cotton trainers are not even meant for nighttime use! The Snap-ez diapers are beautiful, well made products. Snap-ez has excellent customer service too. There are probably very few other diapers stores that would have been willing to send me new trainers or refund, elsewhere I would have been out of luck.

I can't say enough about the quality of service Ruth offers to her customers. I've made several purchases from her, often changing my mind after the sale has gone through! Ha! She handles everything with ease, had no problem changing orders for me, she will do whatever possible to make sure you are 110% satisfied! Orders get shipped quickly, there is very little wait, if a problem comes up she notifies you either by phone or by email promptly. She also answers emails quickly, I've sent quite a few asking questions about various things and Ruth always got back to me in a timely manner.
To sum it all up: Awesome customer service, Awesome diapers, really what more could you ask for?!!

The service I received from Ruth was top-notch. I ordered a pair of trainers for my son and apparently mis-measured because they were still too large even after I washed them. Ruth was extremely helpful with the return process and even returned my insert that I had inadvertently left in the trainer when I returned it to her.
I have to agree with what a previous reviewer said about it being frustrating that some items are out of stock for a while. I was actually only able to order two trainers instead of the four I wanted because the others weren't in stock. I understand though that she's not a big conglomerate but a working mom and so that means she can't turn out 50,000 ""widgets"" in a day.

I just received my order of Snap-EZ training pants. They look fantastic, and I am so pleased with the speed! I'm on the other side of the country from them, and it took 1 1/2 business days for my order to arrive from the time I placed the order. Fantastic! Communication was wonderful, and the packaging was fabulous. My little trainer is looking forward to using her special pants!
