I have nothing but praise for this company! They were prompt with their shipping and the items arrived as expected. I ordered 2 dozen unbleached indian prefolds, a dozen flats, diaper cream, and inserts. Their prices were VERY competitive and they are a pleasure to deal with.
I had an issue with a few threads coming loose on my prefolds and when I called them, they immediately apologized and offered to send replacement ones - I got to keep the ones that were fraying. Their customer service is the best and seem more than willing to help resolve any issues that may arise. I will definitely use this company again!

I honestly would give a zero if I could. I have ordered form alot of online retailers and this is by far the worst company to deal with. The shipping is SUPER SLOW. It seems like no matter what you can never get through to them on the phone and the customer service is horrible. I cant beleive people say they are the top for customer service. I would never buy from here again and would not recommend at all. Also, when you email the company, the turn around time for that is also very very slow. Seems like all their replys are copy and paste. They do not actually reply to your current situation.

This was my first order from CottonBabies and I couldn't be happier.
Prices are better than most for what I ordered and I shopped around for days.
I got an e-mail the very same day I ordered saying my stuff was shipped. I ordered on a holiday weekend and I still got it a day earlier than expected. And shipping prices, IMO were very reasonable.
I didn't have to use customer service but I haven't heard one bad thing about them.
Job Very Well Done, you now have a new repeat customer!

I was very happy with Cotton Babies...only thing was that they dont offer their new colors in Canadian stores that i have seen, and you cannot order off the internet if you are a canadian residence. So I went through a friend who lives in the states.

I am a repeat customer, but now not anymore.
Cottonbabies brags about their quick shipping!
From their website on their shipping page:
Shipping Details
NEW!! Orders placed by 9am (EST)
will ship the SAME DAY (M-F).
I placed an order for over $100 on the 15th.
Several days later
(when I should have been receiving my order)
I received an email saying my order would be delayed for another 3 to 5 business days... because they had to order more from the manufacturer. (This is not right. You need to state on your product page that you are out of stock or backordered so customers know.)
They did not ship until the 21st (What??) with a delivery date on the 27th. SEVENTEEN DAYS LATER. Definitely not quick shipping. And very poor business and customer service.
DO NOT pre-SELL ITEMS YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK!!!
So rude.
In summarry, I ordered on the 15th and received product on the 27th, MORE THAN TWO WEEKS later.

I'm not impressed. They sent the wrong product with my first order. I waited on hold for more than an hour without ever reaching a real person, then I was disconnected. Their e-mail response was slow. My second order has been inexplicably backordered for more than a week and they will not allow me to change/cancel it given the circumstances. There are much better online stores out there.

Overall I have been happy with Cotton Babies customer service. I did have an issue at one time when they did not respond to my emails, but once I contacted then by phone they made the issue right.
I appreciate the one-year warranty on their BG diapers. They replaced my defective products quickly and the return process was very easy.

Overall, I like ordering from them. Sometimes I wish they had more of a selection than they do.. I am always having to order from multiple companies, but what can ya do? I appreciate their sales/clearances a lot after being laid off. My only issue was that ordering items is kind of a crapshoot.. they rarely ever have anything marked out of stock. I don't like ordering things that have to be back ordered. The other thing was that when I had trouble with an order(their fault not mine) I had to call multiple times to get something resolved. When I called the last time it was in the later afternoon, I sat on hold for what seemed like forever. I guess everyone had left for the day? When I got through to the customer service rep she couldn't answer my question, and nobody that could answer my question was there. Will I shop there again? probably. A bonus is their customer service reps are very friendly and try to be helpful.

I have had a great experience buying from Cottonbabies. I recently had problems with the laundry tabs on my BG 3.0s wearing out well before the one-year warranty expired, and Cottonbabies quickly replaced them all with no questions asked.
Yes, you read that correctly - a one-year warranty. I love it!
They are pleasant on the phone, quick to notify me if something is backordered or delayed (which rarely happens) and I love the free shipping.
They are great and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a very positive experience with Cotton Babies. I just love my bumGenius diapers. They are the best! So I was soooo sad when the PUL of the one-size pockets started to disappear! Yes, disappear! I had started to use them as fitteds under wool because the PUL would leak.
So, I decided to call Cotton Babies to see what I had done wrong (so I wouldn't do it again). They were very kind and helpful. I sent in one for them to look at. Upon inspection, they gave me some tips on what can cause this issue, so I will not have the same problem with the rest of my pockets. AND, to my surprise, they replaced ALL of them (because they were still under warranty)! I didn't expect to have them replaced because it was most likely MY fault they were failing, but they did!
So, the customer service I received was top notch! I highly recommend this company!

I am lucky to live in the same city as the Cotton Babies store. They not only have a lovely store with easy to find merchandise, the workers use the products. I have never been to the store and not seen one of them ""wearing"" a baby they actually inspired me to purchase a sling (hotsling and I LOVE it). They are very friendly. I am new to cloth diapering and have purchased a variety of wraps, as well as, chinese cloth, indian cloth, kissaluvs contours, and snappi's. Everything has worked just as they said they would. The prices were on par or cheaper than other places I found on the net. I looked up a lot of the how-to information on the internet but if you live near st. louis and need extra help, they have classes for cloth diapering in their store. I only gave them a 4 because I was taught that there is always room for improvement.

I had a great experience with Cotton Babies & will definitely be ordering from them in the future. The prefolds & snappi's that I ordered came very quickly and were exactly what I was expecting.
I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to start cloth diapering!

Cotton Babies is wonderful! I have not received such excellent customer service in a very long time! They processed and shipped all my orders super fast (I had my diapers in two days every single time). After ordering several different styles to check them out, they processed multiple exchanges equally fast. Each time I sent an exchange I received an email letting me know they had processed the return and sent the new items, as well as a phone call if the items I'd requested were temporarily unavailable. I am just so impressed. I will continue to do business with them as my family grows!

I LOVE CottonBabies! I have placed 4 orders with them and each time they arrived very fast and everything was perfect. Their customer service is excellent and was able to solve my only issue within an hour of my initial call. I've dealt with a few other companies, and I emphatically recommend CottonBabies to everyone I talk to about CDing. Oh, and they have the best prices on Prefolds that I can find. And BumGenius is the most amazing thing I've ever seen, I'm addicted!

I have ordered from cotton babies a few times without problems. Almost 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 more diapers from them and was told they were backordered. I waited almost 2 weeks and decided to cancel my order. I called to cancel my order and the rep went to see what she had in stock. She had a different color of the diaper I wanted in stock. So we substituted it and was assured my order would ship that same day! I am extremely impressed how the service went out of her way to make sure I still got my order, even if in a different color.

I ordered from this company twice. They have a good selction and fairly reasonable shipping prices. My first order was delayed for 2-3 business days, due to certain items being backordered. I was disappointed but I was pleased with my order when it came.
My second order was also backordered. This time it was 7-9 business days. I ended up cancelling the order because I felt that this was entirely too long to wait. I will not order again. They either need to send the portion of the order that is availble immediately, then send the rest afterwards, or not allow you to place out of stock items in your cart.
They have an excellent selection and good prices, though.

I am so disappointed with this seller. The customer service so far is prompt & polite. However, my experience with the ordering process has been extremely frustrating.
I placed an order during the weekend. The next business day, I received an email telling me that my payment was denied by my credit card. So, I called them to confirm billing information& they tried it again. Again, they claimed that it was denied. So I confirmed the billing information again. I did this two more times.
They advised I call my credit card company to make sure I was giving them the correct billing address. I called & all my information was, indeed, correct. I asked the credit card company why they were denying the payments. They said that they were not & that all four charges had been approved & that it was the merchant who had a problem. My credit card company basically had reserved $789.72 (4 charges of $197.43) of my available credit to Cotton Babies Inc. The credit card company gave me a phone number to give to Cotton Babies to cancel their pending authorizations because only merchants can do it.
Now, I have no idea how to explain all this to Cotton Babies who are adamantly claiming that my credit card is being denied. If you don't believe me, look at my online banking:

I was going to buy a 12-pack of BumGenius, but I think after getting all this straightened out (I've already devoted 4 hours to this entire thing already), I'm going to a different retailer to purchase Happy Heiny's One Size Pocket Diapers.
UTA: My order wasn't ever filled but, I am giving them 2 extra stars. I felt like my satisfaction was their #1 priority & they remained polite, patient & prompt.
I called Bank of America (who established that the charges had, indeed, been successful on their end) with the CB sales rep & got everything settled.
