I placed an order on a Monday and received the item on Tuesday :O Needless to say, they have very fast and FREE shipping (hard to find that these days). I happened to have received the wrong print, so Stephanie is letting me keep the diaper at her expense. She is also going above and beyond to order the print I wanted. Communication has been great. I will order from her again!!!

Stephanie is helpful and always responds quickly to my emails. I had an issue with one cover and she took care of it immediatly. When I was first starting, she even opened her home to me and offered to let my baby try on her daughter's diapers. I love the free shipping and I got a few extra goodies in my first order.

Stephanie offered great customer service, and even personally called me to make sure I saw that a certain product I ordered was sold out and would be backordered. (I did see that on the website, but it is still very kind of her to do that!) The products arrived quickly, in tact and she included a sweet personal note and two cloth wipes!! :) I will DEFINITELY order from her again!!
