I just wanted to clarify that the wet bags, pail liners, and totes are on a custom basis in my store right now. This customer ordered a pail liner. It states on my product page that orders take 7-10 days to fill. Her order was shipped during that time. I also responded now twice to emails to the customer to try to suffice with discounts, etc. I'm not sure if my emails went into her spam or not, but I did want to state that our policies were posted for the product, and email and retribution was attempted, even though our terms were clearly stated. I didn't want an unhappy customer and would rather have had come to a compromise before posting here.
